American Congressman Ted Lieu has said in a video statement that he will refuse to vote for military funding unless President Donald Trump first requests approval for the “unconstitutional” war in Iran.

“If the president forces Republicans in Congress and the Senate to vote for a budget where they are cutting health care and cutting vital services to fund this unconstitutional war, that would be a political extinction-level event for Republicans in Congress,” Lieu adds.
