Former State Department Middle East negotiator Aaron David Miller believes the Iranian side ‘holds more cards’ than the Americans, after the marathon 21+ hour talks concluded without a deal, CNN reported.

“They are clearly in no hurry to make concessions,” Miller told CNN, suggesting that Iran appeared to be operating on a slower timeline than the US.
