As the Islamabad Talks commence, Senator Sherry Rehman says, “The whole world is holding its breath while Islamabad hosts history in the making.

“All of Pakistan is on one page today while peace is given a chance,” she noted.

The senior politician added: “Every citizen is proud of the fact that we know how to win wars when they come to our doorstep, but we are equally proud of the fact that we were able to remind the world that peace is harder to win than a war.”
