Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has thanked German Chancellor Friedrich Merz for acknowledging Pakistan’s sincere efforts for peace.

“Pakistan will continue to work closely with friends and partners to advance dialogue and achieve a durable and lasting resolution,” he wrote on X.
