Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan says there will be no change in Turkiye’s disinflation policies despite the Iran war, adding that the government remains committed to its economic programme, Reuters reports.

Erdogan has told a press conference that the government has so far subsidised total additional costs of 50 billion Turkish lira ($1.12 billion) through its fuel price smoothing mechanism, known as the esel mobil system.
