Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi says recent US strikes on civilian infrastructure will not force Iran to back down, Al Jazeera reports.

“Striking civilian structures, including unfinished bridges, will not compel Iranians to surrender,” Araghchi has said in a post on X, accompanied by an image of a destroyed bridge.

He says such actions instead “convey the defeat and moral collapse of an enemy in disarray”.
