Highway bridge in Iran hit by air strike

A highway bridge linking Irans capital Tehran to the western city of Karaj was hit by air strikes, Fars news reported, according to AFP, adding that early assessments point to several injured people and that other areas of Karaj were struck.

Fars added that the B1 bridge is considered the Middle East’s highest bridge and was inaugurated earlier this year.
