Lebanon’s health ministry says Israeli attacks have killed 1,318 people in the country since fighting broke out between Israel and Hezbollah on March 2, AFP reports.
The ministry statement says the toll includes 91 women, 125 children and 53 health workers, with 3,935 other people wounded.
