The Iranian Red Crescent Society said its aid workers have launched rescue operations in Tehran and northwestern city of Zanjan following US-Israeli attacks.

In statements on X, the group said that aid workers rescued injured survivors and transferred them to a hospital in Tehran and that relief teams are conducting search and rescue operations at Zanjan’s Husseiniya Azam.
