The country’s defence ministry says Qatar’s territory was targeted by Iranian drones, adding that the armed forces successfully intercepted all of them, Al Jazeera reports.

The ministry has said in a statement that the drone attack was carried out earlier in the day.

Tehran continues its drone and missile strikes targeting Gulf countries hosting US military assets, as well as Jordan and Iraq, causing casualties and infrastructure damage while disrupting global markets and aviation.
