The UAE’s defence ministry says it intercepted 27 drones and 11 ballistic missiles, claiming they were launched from Iran today, Al Jazeera reports.

Since the start of the war, it has intercepted 1,941 drones, 15 cruise missiles and 425 ballistic missiles, the ministry says.
