An attack by the US and Israel has targeted a major water source in the city of Haftgel, located in Iran’s western Khuzestan province, Al Jazeera reports, citing Iran’s Fars news agency, who cited a local security official.

The attack caused no casualties, the report says, adding that water resources are still available in the region from other sources.
