Turkiye has stressed ending the US-Israeli war on Iran and expressed its readiness to play a “constructive role” in the peace process, a statement from the Iranian government says.

In a phone call between Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, the pair discussed the impacts of US-Israeli strikes, with Tehran noting that “aggression drives instability”.
