The Kuwaiti military says it detected 17 hostile missiles entering the country, 13 of which were successfully intercepted.

“As a result of the interception operations, debris fell in several areas, leading to limited material damage that affected some homes in scattered residential areas, in addition to some overhead power transmission lines being taken out of service,” the military said, adding that no casualties have been reported.

It added that the remaining four missiles fell outside of the threat zone.
