Lebanon’s National News Agency (NNA) reports that Israeli forces have carried out a series of attacks in and around Nabatieh in southern Lebanon, killing several people, including two paramedics, according to Al Jazeera.
According to the agency, a drone strike targeted a motorcycle convoy at the northern entrance to the city, killing two ambulance workers from the Nabatieh ambulance team.
In a statement, the Nabatieh Ambulance Association, cited by NNA, has said the two men were killed while carrying out their humanitarian duties, describing them as dedicated members who “gave their lives in service to their people”.
The same location was reportedly targeted again less than two hours later, though no additional casualties were immediately reported.
