Kuwait has filed a complaint before the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) regarding dangerous airspace disruptions caused by Iranian attacks, Al Jazeera reports citing the country’s civil aviation authority.

“Iran’s attacks are a blatant violation of international conventions, as they exposed passenger safety to serious risks,” it said.
