KARACHI, June 21: The International Federation of Journalists will conduct a ‘train the trainer’ workshop for conflict reporting in Karachi from June 30 to July 3 for 12 participants, six each from India and Pakistan.

The training falls under the USIP-funded, Bridging the Divides project, which aims at improving reporting of conflicts between Pakistan and India.

The project partners include the AINEF in India and the PFUJ in Pakistan.

Research is being conducted in both countries on perceptions of conflict reporting.

The research will be released at a high-level conflict summit in India later this year.—PPI
