KARACHI: The Sindh government has re-appointed chief of the Community Police Karachi Murad Ali Soni as ‘justice of peace’ for district East.

According to a notification issued by the provincial home department, Mr Soni has been appointed for a period of one year with effect from March 14.

A justice of peace is empowered to attest documents and to resolving local disputes.
