Indian carriers are emerging as the hardest-hit outside the Middle East, Bloomberg reports, as airspace closures across the region amid the escalating conflict force widespread cancellations and diversions.
Pakistan’s airspace had already been closed to India in the wake of tensions between the two countries boiling over last year, after an attack in occupied Kashmir’s Pahalgam in April that killed 26 people.
