Stocks in emerging Asia markets tumbled in early trade on Monday, as military strikes by the United States and Israel on Iran sent investors fleeing to the relative safety of the dollar, gold, and bonds, Reuters reports.

The MSCI gauge of emerging Asian equities fell 1.1%, its worst session in about a month, while an index tracking ASEAN stocks dropped 1.5% to its lowest in two weeks.
