Air raid sirens sounded and explosions were heard over the coastal Israeli city of Tel Aviv as Israel and Iran exchange missile strikes, an AFP journalist reports.

The journalist heard a dozen blasts from air defence systems intercepting missiles echo in the sky of Tel Aviv.
