Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar has spoken to Qatar’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al-Khulaifi.

According to the Foreign Office, the two exchanged views on the “evolving regional situation and agreed to stay in close contact”.

“Both leaders conveyed serious concern about the ongoing attacks in the region, including those on Qatar, and underscored the urgent need for de-escalation,” the statement said.
