Iran is experiencing a near-total internet blackout, according to online freedom watchdog Netblocks.

“Confirmed: Network data show Iran is now in the midst of a near-total internet blackout with national connectivity at 4 per cent or ordinary levels.” Netblocks wrote in a post on its Telegram channel.
