Islamabad admin bans use of drones amid Pak-Afghan tensions

The Islamabad administration has imposed a complete ban on the use of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), including drones, phantoms, and camcopters, in the federal capital for a period of two months.

The restriction has been enforced under Section 144 Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC). It may be extended for another two months.
