Lego Smart Bricks bring Jedi magic

Lego’s new smart bricks, debuting in Star Wars sets on March 1, can detect other bricks, light up, play music and trigger Star Wars sound effects.

Seen early at CES 2026, the tech-packed bricks interact with TIE Fighters, minifigures and other elements, combining sensors and effects for a next-level building experience.

Fans at CES were already calling them “even cooler than imagined.”

Animated Flat Stanley coming to Disney+

Disney+ is producing an animated Flat Stanley movie, directed and co-written by Mic Graves. The story reimagines Stanley as a teen who discovers a mythical artefact, the “Eye of Odin,” which flattens him into his iconic shape and gives him extraordinary abilities.

Casting is underway for the 14-year-old lead. The film adapts the classic children’s book series by Jeff Brown, which has sold over a million copies worldwide. Production could begin later this year, with a possible 2027 release.

Harry Styles drops new single and announces tour

Recently, Harry Styles has released his new single “Aperture,” the lead track from his upcoming album.

While his other songs, “Disco” and “Occasionally,” are set to drop on March 6. Describing the song as “the mission statement” of the album, Styles said it wraps the project in “this perfect little bow”, capturing the sound and vision of his latest work.

Styles also announced his ‘Together, Together’ world tour, kicking off in May. Stops include Amsterdam, London, Sao Paulo, Mexico City, New York, Melbourne and Sydney. Special guests joining him on select dates include Robyn, Shania Twain, Jorja Smith, Jamie XX, Foushee and Skye Newman. The upcoming album marks Styles’ first since 2022’s Harry’s House.
