KARACHI: Pakistan Army defeated Pakistan Wapda in the inaugural match of the men’s netball event in the 35th National Games here at the PSB Coaching Centre on Thursday.

Army defeated Wapda 27-21. In other matches of the day, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa downed Sindh 23-19, Pakistan Navy outplayed Balochistan 32-8 and Pakistan Police routed Punjab 28-12.

In the women’s event, Wapda upstaged Army 15-10.
