GUWAHATI, June 4: Early monsoon rains have killed at least 105 people across India and caused floods in northeastern Assam state that displaced some 25,000 people. An Assam government statement said floodwaters of the Brahmaputra River inundated at least 70 villages in five districts and snapped road and rail links.—AFP
