PTCL posts Rs1.2bn loss
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Telecommunication Company Ltd (PTCL) reported a net loss of Rs1.2 billion for the nine months ended Sept 30, despite a rise in operating profit and overall revenue growth.
The financial results, approved by the company’s board of directors, showed that PTCL Group revenue increased by 15 per cent year-on-year. PTCL’s standalone revenue rose by 13pc during the period, driven largely by a 56pc increase in Flash Fibre and 17pc growth in Business Solutions.
