Dr Mohammed Asaliya, who was released from Israeli detention on Monday, has been hospitalised at al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City, Al Jazeera Arabic reports.
He was suffering from convulsions and chest pain, reportedly due to the abuses he endured in Israeli jails.
