Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has declined Trump’s invitation to attend the summit on Gaza in Sharm el-Sheikh later today.

Netanyahu “thanked President Trump for the invitation but said he will be unable to attend due to time constraints ahead of the start of the holiday”, a post on Xby the Israeli PM’s office said.

The holiday of Shemini Atzeret is observed from October 13-15, as per the Jewish Federation of St. Louis.
