LAHORE: Comedian Lucky Dear (Liaquat Ali) passed away on Tuesday after a protracted illness. He was 60 years old.

The deceased who worked in film, TV and theatre was admitted to Mayo Hospital.

He had lungs and diabetes complications and was in a coma. He was associated with showbiz for the last 40 years.
