KASUR, May 28: A man allegedly chopped off both arms of his wife and locked her up in a room from where her relatives recovered her after a couple of days in critical condition on Sunday.

Reports said Hafiz Arshad wanted to contract second marriage but his wife opposed it. — Correspondent
