The water level at Panjnad along the Chenab River — currently in “high flood” — is expected to fall to a “medium flood” in the next 36 hours.

According to an advisory issued by the PMD today, “The River Chenab at Panjnad is likely to fall from ‘high flood level’ to ‘medium flood level’ during the next 36 hours.”
