A flood warning from the Punjab PDMA states that the Chenab River will experience a very high flood level over the next 24 hours, particularly at Panjnad, with flash flooding expected in nullahs in Dera Ghazi Khan and Rajanpur.

The warning also expected heavy rain and thunderstorms over Lahore, Gujranwala, Sahiwal, Multan, DG Khan and Bahawalpur.
