Punjab PDMA warns that dams are filling up

The PDMA’s report states that dams in Punjab are nearing their capacity.

“Mangla Dam is 87 per cent full, while Tarbela Dam is 100pc full,” the report read, quoting Punjab Relief Commissioner Nabeel Javed.

“India’s Bhakra Dam on the Sutlej River is 84pc ​​full. Pong Dam is 98pc full, while Thane Dam is 92pc full,” the report read.
