Ganda Singh Wala on Sutlej river, Sidhnai on Ravi face ‘exceptionally high’ floods
Ganda Singh Wala headworks on the Sutlej river and Sidhnai on the Ravi river are facing exceptionally high floods, according to the FFD’s data last updated at 9am.
Ganda Singh Wala recorded “rising” outflows of over 350,000 cusecs, while those at Sidhnai were “declining” and neared 140,000 cusecs.
Meanwhile, Khanki, Qadirabad and Chiniot on the Chenab river witnessed “very high” flood levels.
