The NDMA has published a post on X detailing precautionary measures for residents nationwide.

“Residents near slopes and river channels should remain alert, avoid unnecessary travel, and do not cross river channels,” the authority wrote on X. “Avoid unnecessary travel in sensitive areas regarding possible flood situations and landslides. Follow the instructions of the local administration.”
