Pakistan Army’s rescue, relief operation continues in Faisalabad
The army’s rescue and relief operation has continued in Faisalabad and its surroundings amid the ongoing floods, state-run Radio Pakistan reports.
People trapped in Tehsil Tandlianwala’s Ravi Pattan area were rescued during a joint rescue operation by the Pakistan Army and civil administration. Women and children were among the seven people relocated to a safe place in the rescue operation.
Pakistan Army also rescued livestock in Ravi Pattan and provided first aid to the flood victims.
