Punjab Rescue Spokesperson Farooq Ahmed has said that 19 people have been rescued from floods in Punjab’s Arainwala village.

Rescue 1122 continued rescue operations from the low-lying areas adjacent to the Ravi River late at night, the spokesperson said, adding that the people include nine children, nine women and one man. “All the rescued people have been taken to a safe place,” he said.
