LAHORE, May 16: A fine knock by Sohail Ahmed and three wickets by Salman Afzal helped Model Town Greens beat Akhtar Abdur Rehman Club by 35 runs in the 9th Servis Gold Cup cricket on Tuesday.

Sohail struck 65 while Test discard Salman Butt made 49 as the winners piled up a total of 263-7 in allotted 40 overs.

Salman took three wickets for 31 runs as Akhtar Abdur Rehman Club were all out for 228 in 35 overs with Yasin being the top-scorer with 70.
