MPURKHAS: A big consignment of smuggled cigarettes was seized in a raid on a container-mounted long vehicle on Saturday.

A Jhuddo police team said it stopped the vehicle while it was passing through the town. During a search of the container, the smuggled cigarettes of different brands were seized. A Customs team also arrived and interrogated the driver.
