BAHAWALPUR: A seminary teacher allegedly tortured a minor student with an iron rod for coming late in Luddan police station area in Vehari district on Thursday.

According police PRO Adnan Tariq , Luddan police registered the case against Qari Fayyaz Ahmed who absconded.

WORKSHOP: The Sugarcane Research and Development Board organised a workshop at the Islamia University Bahawalpur to provide guidance to farmers related to the upcoming crop season.
