The Israeli military has said its defensive systems are working to intercept missiles launched from Iran towards Israel, and told the public to enter protected spaces and remain there until further notice, Reuters reports.

The announcement came after Israel said it has agreed to US President Donald Trump’s proposal for a ceasefire with Iran.
