An Iranian official has told Reuters that the country will continue its retaliatory wave of attacks following US strikes on the Islamic republic’s nuclear sites.

“Iran has the necessary rationality to begin diplomacy after punishing the aggressor,” the official added.

“If they seek negotiations, Israeli and US attacks must stop.”
