Over 400 killed, 3,500 injured in Iran since start of Israel war: ministry

At least 430 people have been killed and 3,500 wounded in Iran since the start of the Israel-Iran war on June 13, Iranian state-run Nour News reports, citing the country’s health ministry.

According to Anadolu Agency, the figures were stated in a press release issued by Iran’s Deputy Health Minister Iraj Harirchi.
