Fire erupts near Microsoft office in Israel’s Beersheba after Iranian attack
Emergency services in Israel are responding to fires near a tech park in Beersheba, which houses a Microsoft office, after Israel’s military said it intercepted an Iranian missile, CNN reports.
Several fires can be seen burning in a street close to the tech park, CNN said, describing visuals from a video released by Israel’s emergency services agency Magen David Adom.
Israeli police said it had received reports of the fall of munitions in the country’s Southern District in open areas.
No casualties have been confirmed and there have been no reports of injuries so far.
Beersheba is in the Negev desert, where Israel’s Nevatim airbase is located, the report noted.
