KARACHI, May 7: Hosts Aga Khan University got the better of Sir Syed University of Engineering and Technology (SSUET) 72-62 points in the final to win the fifth AKU Inter University basketball trophy at the formers court the other day.

Ovais Hasan who amassed 21 points was the main architect of his team’s triumph.

He was ably assisted by Noman Fazal (17) and Omer Moin (16). Sajjad Mughal top scored for the losers with 19 points.
