Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the nation at 7:30pm, his office said, following a truce with Pakistan that brought the nuclear-armed rivals back from the brink of all-out war, AFP reports.

This will be the first time the Indian leader will speak publicly after ceasefire.
