Senior Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb has said that the public is urged to stay alert and cautious of those spreading fake news and misinformation.

In a post on PML’s X account, Aurangzeb said the public should avoid sharing unverified news coming from unknown sources on social media.

“Only trust and share information from official sources such as ISPR, the ministry of information, DGPR, and the official websites and social media accounts of deputy commissioners,” she said.
