SUKKUR, May 3: The National Database Registration Authority (Nadra), Sukkur, has announced that Fridays would be reserved for women from May 5, to facilitate issuance of computerised identity cards.

Nadra in a handout issued here on Wednesday has advised women applicants to visit its centres on the notified day when women staff would attend to them from 9am to 4pm.

CLEANING DRIVE: The Sukkur district government will begin its clean Indus campaign on May 5, to remove garbage from the gates of three canals on the right side and upstream of the Sukkur Barrage.

According to a press release issued on Wednesday, the drive will create public awareness about keeping Indus water clean and free from pollution.
